【 金针菜炖鸡汤 】

材料：金针菜、鸡半只、香菇

1. 将金针菜和香菇提前泡发，鸡肉冲洗干净备用。
2. 将备好的鸡肉放入盛有清水的锅内，开火煮至沸腾，焯水捞出，再次冲洗并沥干水分。
3. 另起一锅，放入金针菜、香菇和焯好水的鸡肉，开火煮至沸腾后转小火慢慢炖约1个小时，即可出锅食用。
